Privacy Policy

DuoKap operates entirely on your physical device. When you take photos, compose multi-cam collages, or use the automated photobooth, all image capture and Skia GPU rendering occur strictly locally. We do NOT host, upload, collect, transmit, or store your photos, video streams, or compositions on any external cloud server or remote database.

To deliver core functionality, DuoKap requests the following system permissions: • Camera Access (NSCameraUsageDescription / android.permission.CAMERA): Required to capture photos using your front and rear cameras and preview live framing in the viewfinder. • Photo Library Access (NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription / NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription / android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required solely to save your composed final collages and individual photos into your device's native camera roll. • Motion & Orientation Sensors (NSMotionUsageDescription): Required to read accelerometer data for the 0.85° horizon leveler and overhead flat-lay alignment crosshair. Sensor readings are processed in real-time memory and never logged or stored.

DuoKap offers optional Pro features (watermark removal, 4K rendering, additional film filters) through Apple In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing, processed securely via RevenueCat SDK. We do not collect or store your payment card numbers or billing addresses; all financial transactions are managed securely by Apple or Google under their respective store terms.

DuoKap does not include third-party advertising SDKs or tracking brokers. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information or metadata. Anonymous, aggregated crash logs may be processed through standard platform developer tools (Apple TestFlight/Xcode Analytics and Google Play Vitals) solely to diagnose application crashes and performance bottlenecks.

DuoKap does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). Because the application does not require user registration or account creation and stores all photos locally, it does not maintain personal profiles of any user.

Under regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, users have rights regarding their data. Since DuoKap does not collect or store your photos or personal data on remote servers, your data is always under your complete ownership and control on your physical device. You can erase all app cache and stored images at any time directly through the app settings or by deleting the app.
